Meet Kate Alini, head of client and brand experience for the Americas at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, at Luxury Roundtable's Luxury Women Leaders Summit New York June 13. She will headline the daylong summit including top executives from 30 brands, including Chanel, Apple, De Beers and Quintessentially.

Delegates will learn from the best on how to manage up, down or sideways, state of HNW and UHNW women consumers, marketing to affluent women consumers across generations and what it takes to reach the C-suite. Also under discussion will be how female founders launched their brand, leading and managing a flagship store, skills to navigate tomorrow's luxury world and how to differentiate yourself and serve as a role model.

“Women make almost nine out of 10 decisions in purchases of luxury goods and services across most sectors, yet their representation in key leadership positions across companies in this universe is woefully inadequate,” said Mickey ALAM KHAN, CEO of Luxury Roundtable, New York.

“What Luxury Roundtable's Luxury Women Leaders Summit New York aims to do is bring smart women leaders together with those interested in learning from their experiences and applying those tips to their career,” he said.

Expect plenty of networking, as is the practice at Luxury Roundtable events.

The prior evening, Wednesday, June 12, delegates will be guests of the Apple flagship store on Madison Avenue on New York’s Upper East Side and get to experience the new Apple Vision Pro.
