For all the strides that women executives have made in the luxury business, key positions in the C-suite continue to elude them.

Luxury conglomerates and their constituent brands, as well as independent luxury marketers, are working to rectify this situation with initiatives focused on diversity, equity and inclusion. Regardless, women should also have a place at the top table based on a simple fact: merit.

“Numerous studies point to the growing influence of women on consumption of luxury goods and services worldwide,” said Luxury Roundtable CEO Mickey ALAM KHAN. “It’s time luxury marketers put women on the other side of the equation as well, leading brands from the front with positions in leadership.”

Luxury Roundtable’s inaugural global Luxury Women Leaders to Note list will welcome nominations for women executives who show leadership potential and are set to make a difference in the year ahead.

Only 25 women will make the Luxury Women Leaders to Note list that will be published in April on Luxury Roundtable.

Submissions are welcome from all luxury sectors and across disparate roles within the organization.

Qualifying entries can include women from luxury brands and retailers, as well as media, agencies, consultancies and market researchers that serve the ecosystem.

“The goal with Luxury Women Leaders to Note is to showcase the honored women executives’ leadership chops and potential to shape organizational and consumer behavior,” Mr. Alam Khan said.

How to apply
Nominations are welcome for women leaders with decision-making and leadership responsibilities across organizational disciplines and luxury sectors. Nominees cannot nominate themselves.

Please email news@napean.com with a 125-word case in a Word document for why that woman candidate was nominated, listing her key leadership accomplishments and potential as a role model.

In the same nominating document, please include the name, title, company and email address of the nominee and her direct superior for interviewing purposes.

Submissions should include the candidate’s high-res color jpeg headshot (200-300dpi to crop images 465 pixels wide by 262 pixels length).

The email with the nomination should say “Luxury Women Leaders to Note 2025 submission” in the subject line.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 29.

The 25 candidates who make the list will be featured with profiles on Luxury Roundtable, highlighting duties, goals and achievements. They will also be honored with promotion on LinkedIn.

Luxury Roundtable’s judging decision is final.
