We are pleased to announce that our Women in Luxury Real Estate Summit will open June 3 with an exclusive cocktail reception at New York’s grandest residence to hit the market – the $110 million, four-floor penthouse at 111 West 57th Street.

Our reception at 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. will be the first public event for the QuadPlex 80 in the tower constructed over the building that formerly housed the Steinway piano showroom.

What our conference attendees will experience at the penthouse will astound them: iconic 360-degree views of New York – Central Park in the north, East River and Long Island to the east, Hudson River and New Jersey to the West, and downtown and Statue of Liberty views to the south – on four full floors with a private internal elevator, and 11,480 square feet of interior space and 618 square feet in south-facing exterior terraces. The monthly common charges are $33,598 and monthly real estate taxes are $40,389.

Add to that a 4 percent buyer’s agent commission, which is pretty generous compared to current market splits.

So why is this important? Because the QuadPlex 80 listing – and the entire 111 West 57th Street – is held by Nikki Field, one of the top real estate agents worldwide with a client list of billionaires and UHNW. Nikki, who runs a talented team at Sotheby’s International Realty, happens to be a key speaker at Luxury Roundtable’s Women in Luxury Real Estate Summit June 4 in New York.

Nikki is one of the nearly 30 speakers at our summit discussing how women are leading a fast-evolving luxury real estate market, trends in the business with buyers and sellers, interior design trends, and opportunities and challenges ahead.

We’d love for you to register and join us at the prestigious public inauguration of the QuadPlex 80 at 111 West 57th Street and then the next day engage with all of our accomplished speakers at the conference. You’ll get to meet Nikki twice! You’ll also meet some of the smartest women in the larger luxury real estate ecosystem including properties, interior design, law, proptech and marketing.

How’s the Market: State of Luxury Real Estate

Depending on the location, demand for luxury residential property remains strong. However, the global uncertainty over U.S.-imposed import tariffs has scrambled the equation for many sectors. Will luxury real estate be the beneficiary of asset diversification, and which geographical markets are attractive value propositions? Where are the buyers coming from? What are the younger affluent generations seeking in their home preferences? Clear cooperation or walled-garden private listings? What about interest rates? Also, is the dust settled over commissions and legal wrangles on that issue?
